-Exit I-70 at Vail exit, #176
-Skirt the roundabout, exiting onto the North Frontage Road, heading west
-Continue west on North Frontage Road, approximately 3/4 of a mile
(you will pass the pedestrian overpass) to Red Sandstone Road
(look for "Piney Lake" sign); turn right onto Red Sandstone Road
-Proceed approximately 250 yards, road bends to the left and immediately
back to the right (if you reach the switchback, you've gone too far)
-Immediately following the bend, there will be an entrance on the left,
and a sign for "Brooktree/Sandstone Park," enter here and cross the bridge.
-Proceed 30 yards, turn into parking area on the right.
-Proceed to third building and park in space marked "C3."
-Unit is on the right end of the building, upper floor.
-The key is in the lockbox on a post near the front door.
