-Exit I-70 at West Vail exit, #173
-Go all the way around the roundabout and under the highway (I-70).
-At the second roundabout, take the first right onto North Frontage Road, heading east.
-Proceed approximately 2 miles to Red Sandstone Road.
(look for "Piney Lake" sign", turn left onto Red Sandstone Road).
(if you reach the pedestrian overpass, you've gone too far).
-Immediately following the bend, there will be an entrance on the left,
and a sign for "Brooktree/Sandstone Park," enter here and cross the bridge.
-Proceed 30 yards, turn into parking area on the right.
-Proceed to third building and park in space marked "C3."
-Unit is on the right end of the building, upper floor.
-The key is in the lockbox on a post near the front door.
